IMPORTANT UPDATE: Regarding the Chromebook/iPad (Device) pickup for K6 campus: the pickup on Wednesday 8/19/20 (9:00AM-3:00PM) is for 100% VIRTUAL students only. Also, we will also be doing a pickup for 100% Virtual students on Friday 8/21/20 (9:00AM-3:00PM). This pickup is NOT for in-person or blended students. Devices for in-person and blended students will be given out by homeroom teachers either at Open House on Thursday 8/20/20, or when students are in their homerooms when school has started next week.
PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR 100% VIRTUAL STUDENTS-->
- Sign up for a time slot for August 19th here: August 19th Time Slots or August 21st here: August 21st - Sign up is optional, but would help us to know who's coming.
- Come to the main building drive thru and call (479)877-1788, give the person answering your student names and grades.
- The devices will be brought to your car. They have been preassigned in our system to your students.
- Kindergarten students will get iPad w/charger cord and brick. Grades 1-6 will get Chromebook with charger (in box) for grades 1-6.
- Note we have planned to have a device for all students in the school - even if you indicated you had your own. You are welcome to use your own devices, though are responsible for supporting them. AAA Tech can support only school provided devices.
- Chromebook insurance @$25 per year is a OPTIONAL cost. It pays for one incident of accidental damage and is generally less expensive than most repairs. It is NOT required though to receive a device. It can be paid by cash/check at the office or thru MyPaymentsPlus.
