Matthew's Accomplishments: From the time he was a very young child to today, Matthew's interests have often become touchstones he returns to because those interests remind him of who he is and who he wants to be. From Legos to Transformers, from the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the mythic science fiction world of Destiny, it has always been the story-behind-the-story that captured Matthew's attention and imagination. Those who know Matthew will agree that when Matthew turns his attention to you, he sees you -- often in ways you did not realize were noticeable to anyone. This inquisitive nature and his uncanny ability to observe the world as it is have worked together to shape Matthew's values and judgment. There is no question that Matthew's opinions and insights are all his own and are rooted in his strongly held beliefs in equality and fairness. These aspects of Matthew's personality and character are the guideposts for his accomplishments and the launch pad for his future successes.
Post-Secondary Plans: Matthew will attend the University of Arkansas (Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences).
